Refund policy

You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until the period ends.

We do not offer refunds on monthly charges. Cancelling stops the next renewal — that is the refund mechanism for monthly plans.

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of the initial charge.

After 15 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You may still cancel from your billing settings to stop the next annual renewal — access continues until the end of the paid year.

Renewals on annual plans are also covered: if a renewal charge fires and you decide within 15 days that you want a refund, the same policy applies.

If you qualify (annual plan, within 15 days), reach us through the contact page with:

• Subject: Refund
• The email address used to subscribe
• A short explanation of why you're requesting the refund (this helps us improve)

We process eligible refunds within 3–4 working days of receiving the request. The refund returns to the original payment method via the same provider that processed the charge (Razorpay for India, DodoPayments for international). Bank settlement times vary — typically 5–10 business days after the refund is issued.

A founding-rate subscription is locked in for as long as the subscription stays active. If you cancel and resubscribe later, the founding rate is forfeited and you join at the standard rate for that cycle.

Scholarship seats are non-refundable since they are not charged to you in the first place. If you no longer want a scholarship seat, cancel from your billing settings to free it up for someone else.

If you believe a charge is in error, contact us before filing a chargeback. Most issues are resolvable within 24 hours. A chargeback filed without prior contact may result in cancellation of the subscription and forfeiture of any founding rate.
