Terms and conditions

Freedom With Truth ("we", "us") is an educational membership community. By subscribing or using this site you ("member", "you") agree to these terms.

Membership grants access to weekly live satsang, the daily reminders channel, daily coworking, accountability group assignment, and any courses or resources released during your paid period. Specific features, schedules, and group assignments may evolve as the community grows.

This is educational and community in nature. It is not therapy, medical, financial, legal, or psychiatric care. Nothing on this site or in any session is a substitute for professional advice. If you are in crisis, contact a licensed professional or local emergency services.

This is not a one-on-one coaching relationship. All sessions are group-based.

You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe. By subscribing you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Sharing your account or community access (Discord, Telegram) with non-members is not permitted and may result in cancellation without refund.

Prices are listed on the membership page in INR (India) or USD (international). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) until cancelled. Founding-rate subscriptions remain at the founding price for as long as the subscription stays active.

Standard-rate prices may be reviewed annually. Any increase is capped at +5% per year and announced at least 90 days in advance via email and the dashboard.

Payments in INR are processed by Razorpay. Payments in USD are processed by DodoPayments. We do not store card details.

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Refund eligibility is governed by our separate refund policy. In short: monthly plans are cancellable but not refunded; annual plans are refundable in full within 15 days of the charge.

The community runs on basic respect. We may suspend or terminate access — without refund beyond what the refund policy already allows — for harassment, hate speech, deliberate disruption, recruiting members for unrelated commercial purposes, or sharing community content publicly without consent.

Recordings, written material, and curriculum produced by us remain our property. You may use them for your own learning. Redistribution, public posting, or commercial use without written permission is not allowed.

Material you contribute (chat messages, voice memos, accountability sheets) remains yours; by sharing it inside the community you grant other members read access during your membership.

We collect the minimum needed to run the service: your email, name, payment-provider subscription ID, and the platform IDs you link (Discord, Telegram). We do not sell or rent personal data. Authentication is handled by Supabase. Payment data is handled by Razorpay or DodoPayments — see their privacy policies for details.

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, transformation, or result from participating.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced to active members at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
