The structure you need in your self-development journey
"Self-development" can mean different things to different people. Whatever it means to you, you need a structure to keep it going, wherever you need to reach.
The most common message we get is some version of: I know what I need to do. I just can't keep up with it.
The mind wanders. Life takes over. The practice slips. Weeks pass. That's how the untrained mind pulls us away from the very awareness we're trying to cultivate.
We built this membership because of that. Not a course you forget about. Not a newsletter that you eventually decide to unsubscribe or ignore. A living community where the work actually continues — week after week — with structure, reminders, live sessions, and people doing it alongside you.
If you fall 100 times, and take 2 months to get back up each time, 16 years of your life, wasted. If you take a week to get back up each time, you save 14 years. If you take a day to get back up, you save 16 years. Sooner the better.
You will fall, expect it. Be prepared. The structure of this community is designed to help you get back up, fast.
For people who are serious — not just curious
This isn't for everyone. If you're looking for a book club or a motivational group, this isn't it.
This is for the person who already knows the powerful compounding effects of awareness, accountability, health, relationships, finances, and purpose. And lacks a supporting community, a structure, to keep working on them, consistently, over the years and decades.
Become the strongest, wisest person in your entire bloodline. That's the vision here. We want to build a community of people who are committed to that level of self-development, and to supporting each other in it.
Four Pillars for self development
We'll actually hold you to the work
Most communities give you content and leave consistency to you. We don't.
Every member is placed in a group of 6. Your group meets on a weekly scheduled call. You and a partner inside the group exchange short daily voice/text check-ins — two minutes, nothing elaborate. There's a shared sheet tracking what you said you'd do and whether you did it. Visible to the whole group. You keep them accountable, they keep you accountable.
At the end of each week, the group asks: are you on track with the project or practice you chose? Not to judge, no — to keep you honest with yourself. If you struggled, if you got distracted, if you forgot, you share it with the group. The group helps you figure out what got in the way, and how to get back on track. If you did the work, you share that too — to celebrate, to inspire. In return, you do the same.
Tejas has been running accountability groups for 8 years with great success. For members, he personally sets the agenda for a few weeks, then group members run the sessions in round-robin fashion. Tejas will be available to step in if a group is struggling for any reason.
Courses that arrive as the community grows
One course every 2–3 months, starting after launch:
Foundational courses — awareness, mindfulness, ego inquiry — are free for all members from day one, when released. Specialised courses are free but unlocked one at a time every 2 months, you can choose which ones to unlock.
The credit system(unlocking) launches once we have 3+ specialised courses. Until then, everything is open to all members.
The first 50 members get a rate locked for life
We're doing this full-time. To keep doing it, we need member support. The founding rate is our way of saying thank you to the people who show up first.
45 seats left. Founding rate ends 27 May (IST) or when seats fill, whichever comes first.
Standard rate after founding ends: $9 / month
Founding rate stays with you for as long as your membership is active. Cancelling forfeits it. Prices are reviewed annually — any increase is capped at +6% and announced 90 days in advance.
Every 10 full-paying members funds one free scholarship seat for someone who genuinely cannot afford it. If that's you, reach out to us via the contact form. We believe FWT should be accessible to anyone who is serious about it. Hopefully one day we can open it up to everyone for free, but until then, this is how we make it possible for people who can't pay to still be a part of the community.
Be clear before you join
It can be therapeutic, but this is not a replace for therapy or medical care. It's educational and community in nature.
This is not a 1-on-1 coaching. All sessions are group-based.
This is not a self-paced course library. The community comes first; courses are a growing resource inside it. Content is used in context, practice is primary.
Practices/guides are heavily drawn/inspired by Hinduism and Buddhism, however FWT is not affiliated with any specific institution of Hinduism or Buddhism.
Why join now and not later
The founding rate doesn't return once seats are filled. After that, the standard rate applies — same service, higher price, no lock-in. The people who join first also shape the earliest culture of this community.
If you've been wanting more consistent spiritual practice, self-development - a community that actually holds you to your word — this is the moment to act.
