The reminder that keeps the practice alive.

One short reminder a day, from the voices that have already walked the road.

What lands in the channel
  • No. 014One breath

You are not the thinker of thoughts. You are what notices them arrive and leave. You are what notices the gap between them too.

    A morning slip
  • No. 037One breath

Awareness is not something you have. It is what you are. Stop looking for it for one breath. See what remains with no effort.

    A weekday slip
  • No. 052One breath

What you are looking for is what is looking. Sit with that for one quiet minute.

    A reading slip
  • No. 083One breath

You are pure awareness. The world appears in you, not the other way round. Sit, and let the world appear for a minute. Do nothing.

    Ashtavakra Geeta

We do not read books once. We read them again, and again, and again, because the mind forgets. Forgetting is not the problem; forgetting is the nature of the mind. Lack of structure to remind ourselves is the problem.

Weekly Satsang plants a seed, the daily reminder waters it. A short line. Drawn from the contemplative voices that have already walked the path. You read it. You sit with it for a moment or two. You go on with the day with full Awareness.

That is the entire mechanism. It is small on purpose. The point is not to be moved by a quote. The point is that the same quiet bell rings every morning, until noticing stops being a thing you have to remember to do.

Lesson · What it gives you
  • Entry i.
A daily anchor that asks for nothing back.

No streak to maintain. The reminder finds you where you already are. The only thing it asks is that you read it.

  • Entry ii.
The slow rewriting of the morning mind.

The first thoughts after waking shape the whole day. Replacing the default scroll with one steady contemplative line, every day, is a small change with a long shadow.

  • Entry iii.
Access to a tradition without the homework.

Most people will never sit with the long texts. The reminder is a faithful summary of those texts, broken into bites that fit a busy life. The lineage reaches you anyway.

  • Entry iv.
A kept appointment with your own depth.

Even on the worst day, you have read one true sentence about who you are underneath the noise. That is enough to keep the door from closing.

The reminders run inside the membership. You join, and from tomorrow, one spiritual reminder arrives on the channel each day.

The reminders are drawn from our own contemplation and sometimes traditional sources: lines that have survived a long time, because they keep proving true. Names and exact phrasings come with each slip. Where a verse is paraphrased, we say so.
